Role: Senior Business Development Manager – Software Testing Services
Reports to: Sales Director
Position: Full time
Experience level: 12-15 years (no more than 15 years according to company standards)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: Open for discussion + Commissions

Job description:
We are looking for an experienced hunter with over 12 years of direct selling and customer acquisition experience.
He / she should have at least 6 years of consultative sales experience in information technology services to medium and large enterprises in the local UAE market.
He / she should have excellent experience in selling software services, primarily in testing services, with a solid understanding of software testing customers in the region.
He / she must have a constant income quota of over $ 2 million per year
He / she must have a proven track record in a solutions sales environment
He / she must define and execute sales campaigns to generate leads by creating a well-qualified sales pipeline
He / she should be well versed in selling large contracts in the IT space of consulting, professional services, quality assurance testing in a global delivery model setup
Demonstrate ability to earn, manage and grow 20-50% accounts with an annualized contract value (ACV) of $ 2 million or more.
He / she should have excellent skills in writing business proposals and negotiating with stakeholders

Earn the trust of customer CXOs by preaching the word, managing and exceeding expectations consistently.
organize quarterly catch-up / dinner meetings with executive management (between the two companies).
manage relationships with Supplier / Purchasing / Accounts Payable (Finance) management teams and ensure NDA / MSA / SOW / PO are all in place and renewed prior to expiration date.
ensure that the invoicing process is streamlined and functions correctly (without errors).
ensure that the DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) is within the agreed threshold.
