Field Account Executive


ITruck company announces a job under the name of (Field Account Executive ) in the following cities:
Yanbu
Jeddah
Riyadh
Dammam
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
-Represent company services in a professional and successful manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer service experience.
-Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within a set schedule.
-Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsells.
-Interact regularly with customers (cold calling – face to face meetings) to understand their needs and recommend a suitable solution for them.
-Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
-Prepare regular reports of customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
-Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
-Retain current customers, approach new potential customers, and restore business relations with old customers.
-Develop the sales information system including the customer database and keep it always updated and available on time to support the decision-making process.
-Continually attempting to penetrate new markets.
Coordinate internally with the involved departments to ensure a smooth handling of the customers` requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or any science-related field.
-From 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
-Excellent communication & sales skills.
-Excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks.
-The ability to work and communicate cross-functionally.
-Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
-Ability to deal with different customers & how to convince them.
-Excellent presentation & negotiation & time management skills.
-Excellent Knowledge of MS office.
-Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
-Well-developed motivational and leadership skills.
-Strong sense of ethics and business acumen
-Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills, even in high-stress situations
-Ability to work independently, while contributing to team-wide efforts
-Previous experience in the field.
