Job Description:
- Determine the most crucial needs of organiztion's key customers and carries them out to ensure that they receive first-class customer care and service.
- Create with the management the proper ways to have a good communication with the key personnel in construction companies to be sure that the organization will be invited in all tenders and quotations.
- Carry out continuous market analysis and research on the dynamics of the account.
- Manage conflict, handle complaints and comes up with effective negotiation and sales strategies and conducts account reviews.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
- Develope new clients.
- Market intelligence gathering & dissemination.
Qualifications:
- This position for females
- 2-5 sales/marketing experience
- Very good English skills
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Good understanding of account management role
- High motivation, energy and discipline and has good presentation skills
