Haider is currently in Tunisia, looking for a new opportunity where he can have his family with him (wife and 20 months old daughter). That was the main reason for him to leave his previous job in Veligandu Island Resort in Maldives as food and beverage manager where they hire only singles.
He was fully in charge of the food and beverage department, where he was running it smoothly and efficiently.
He was responsible of training his team on operation and up-selling techniques, maximizing profitability.
Haider is very guest oriented and hands-on manager; he is spending most of his time supervising the operation and taking feedbacks from his guests to meet their expectations even to exceed it.
