Administrative Secretary


Secretary Responsibilities:
• Working in a receptionist capacity to greet clients, customers and visitors
• Responding to emails.
• Scheduling meetings.
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Organizing documents and paperwork and maintaining a filing system
• Assisting supervisors and staff with company projects and tasks
Secretary Requirements:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• +3 Years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience.
• Must have a diving license.
• Excellent computer literacy.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Prior experience in administration would be advantageous.
• Male Only.
