Pre Sales Engineer Alexandria
IT Company Located in Alexandria Requires Pre-Sales Engineer
1. Ensure that the Pre-Sales resources evolve in line with the Marketing Message and Sales Teams stated requirements.
2. The Pre-Sales Engineer supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical close” in complex solutions.
3. Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
4. Secures from customer technical staff commitments needed to ensure a deal’s “technical close.”
5. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
6. Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
7. Achieves assigned productivity and profitability quotas.
8. Maintains deal through-put in early deal-sales process steps
9. Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Education : BSc. degree and preferred MIS or Computer Science
Experience : 1:3 years of Experience in the same position or in Sales IT
