ERP Officer HR
REQUIRMENTS:-
- Understands HR processes and ability to gather requirements for the system.
- Must have an excellent functional understanding of HR, Payroll and SSHR
- Must have strong understanding for the data model of at following: Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Oracle Time & Labor, Oracle Advanced Benefits, Recruitment, modules and the touch points between the modules in Oracle HRMS R12, preferably with version 12.1.3
QUALIFICATIONS:-
- Oracle Certified Associate (OCA).
- Certified Oracle 9i SQL
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
OTHER COMMENTS:-
- Remuneration will not be constrain for the right candidate
- Candidate can join Immediately will be preferred
- Priority for bilingual candidates
