• Negotiating rates, terms, conditions and pro forma charter parties with vessel owners
• Prepare Charter party contract
• Prepare Statements of Facts for ships
• Prepare a sheet with the time of chartered ships
• Follow up the ship in the loading and discharging port
• Contact the agencies and prepare the cost of discharging and loading
• Providing timely daily freight estimates to Traders, Schedulers and Planners based on current markets
• Liaise with broker for available cargo in the market
• Identification and development of new contacts with Ship owners / Charterers
Experience: 1- 2 years as a chartering specialist
Education: Bachelor degree preferably in logistics
Language: English – Excellent
