Position Summary:
Develops information systems by studying operations; designing, developing, and installing software solutions; supports and develops software team.
Responsibilities:
• Lead team to define project tasks and producing project plan.
• Allocate resources to projects and/or tasks requiring work in the area of expertise
• Monitoring the team's performance
• Troubleshooting.
• develop and motivate the team
• Provide and plan training for all members of the Team as required
• Conduct independent analyses and interpret requirements concerning the development of new products, processes or services, or improvement of existing products and services.
• Provide regular reporting on team progress.
• Participate and guide the monthly planning activities with Product, Production, and Project Management
• Perform all duties in accordance with quality guidelines
Qualifications:
• Successful completion of University degree in Computer Science, or equivalent is recommended.
• Good communication skills, strong analytical skills and customer orientation
• Familiar with SDLC and Agile development methodologies
• Minimum 3-5 years design and development experience
• Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience is recommended.
• Excellent Programming Skills
• Experience in Developing using Asp.net MVC.
• Experience in developing web applications.
• Experience with IIS 7.x
• Experience with RDBMS (i.e. MySQL, MS-Sql …) application development.
• Experience with JavaScript and HTML5
• Experience in developing Android applications is a plus
• Experience in developing windows 8 mobile applications is a plus
• communication, interpersonal and project management skills;
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
