Spa Supervisor
Drive revenue on a daily basis via front facing management of spa and the team
•Ensure the efficient smooth running of day-to-day operations of the spa facilities.

Daily/hourly analysis of bookings
Ensure full accountability for the allocated branch
Handling staff queries and requests on a branch level in coordination with Corporate Admin
Ensure the efficient smooth running of the day-to-day operation, service, cleanliness and safety in the spa and report on a weekly basis.
Deliver excellent customer service for all clients on a consistent and ongoing basis.
Ensure that all revenues arising from Spa activities are properly registered at the close of each shift and at the end of the day’s work.
Maintain responsibility for all reporting duties and ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure client consultation records are completed in order for the therapist to conduct a thorough screening prior to commencing the treatment and that all records are stored safely and within timeframes of company policy.
Have a complete knowledge of all spa treatments and services offered and aware of any promotions that may be on offer, including price structure, duration etc.
Ensure that reception staff schedules all reservations of spa services for clients according to the relevant skills of the therapists.
Ensure that reception staff monitors availability of treatments on a continuous basis.
Ensure that receptionists/therapists greet each guest and accompany the guests to the changing rooms on arrival for their treatments.
Manage administration duties such as, arranging purchasing, when required in line with company policies and spa requirements.
Ensure that accurate reports are kept for daily, weekly and monthly reports including daily close out, weekly comments.
Report and record all members/client problems and complaints on customer comment cards or directly to the Director of Group Operations when appropriate.
Ensure all complaints are dealt with, within a 24 hour bases.
Ensure reception staffs complete daily opening / closing procedures.
Have comprehensive retail knowledge of all products and prices charged.
Ensure that all relevant documents and stock are maintained at the agreed levels for reception retail area and prepare orders for the Director of Group Operations approval.
Be able to cover the reception desk and acknowledge clients / Complete documented spot checks of the reception float and ensure all financial transactions balance with the income audit – accounts.
Answer the telephone as per policy and to respond to guest queries in an efficient and professional manner when required.
Ensure that the reception desk is kept well organized, clean and tidy at all times by reception staff.
Report any shortage of materials or equipment, any damage of facilities or equipment to the Spa Director of Group Operations
Operations and log in the Daily Logbook.
Update all relevant manuals and operating procedures as appropriate.
Ensure that the issued uniform and name badge are worn at all times by yourself and the spa team
Attend meetings as per the requirements of the Director of Group Operations
Perform appraisals with staff as required by Director of Group Operations
Maintain a healthy physical and smart appearance to assist the promotion and sales of spa services.
Maintain good working relationships with all your colleagues.
Remain flexible and willing to respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the business. Co-operation to perform reasonable extended duties within the scope of the job as and when assigned .
