Boutique Manager Fragrance Specialist for a Luxury Fragrance Concept
General Purpose:
To be the driving force behind the Boutique’s performance and responsible for the Sales Team. The role will predominantly be to drive, motivate, coach and engage the team as well as encourage excellent service.
Main Responsibilities Include:
• Manages the daily operation of high-end fragrance boutique.
• Develop strategies to improve customer service.
• Drive store sales and increase profitability.
• Achieving sales targets and follow up on stock availability.
• Contacting customers to announce new product launches and or promotional activity.
• Be the brand ambassador of the boutique.
• Daily inventory and stock control.
• Manage boutique staff and ensure consistent customer service is met.
• Assessment of staff on a monthly basis and identify training requirement.
• Exceptional product knowledge.
