‘Al Shahra Group’ has set concrete foundations in Dubai since 1976. In 2011, due to the success of ‘Al Shahra Group’, we decided to branch off to create ‘Exclusive Homes; we are now an established real estate company. Due to the success of our existing agents and growing work load we are looking to expand the business.

Opportunities have arisen for experienced agents for both leasing and sales. This exciting role offers uncapped earning potential and excellent career progression opportunities as the company grows.

The successful agents will be based in our open plan office in Motor City. Day to day activities offer both telesales and face to face selling. From our office you can see the ‘Autodrome Racing Track; and within a 5 minute walk you will find shops and restaurants for your leisure.

At ‘Exclusive Homes’ we are trying to create a family environment were our staff look forward to their day at work but are focused on success, offering an environment that is both challenging and supportive. Training is provided at the start and throughout your employment to ensure you are the most knowledgeable and successful in the property market in Dubai.
The Responsibilities of the Roles includes:

• Calling potential buyers and sellers
• Listing properties on internal/external websites
• Servicing buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords
• Conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales contracts

Requirements:

• 1-2 years real estate experience at least
• Ability to work as a team and individually
• Can do attitude!!
• Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills
• work in a fast paced environment
• Posses a full valid driving license
