The right candidate will assists with planning, organizing, coordinating and conducting the Human Resources function for the company.This position develops a positive Employee Relations climate . The scope of responsibility includes a focus on ER, training, talent management, succession planning, performance management, communications, policies, programs and activities to support the business requirements, team development, internal and government compliance, etc. The position will report to and support the Plant HR Manager.
