ADMINISTRATIVE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER


Scope:
Provide administrative assistant to manager. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.

Duties:
- Deal directly and respond promptly to customer inquiries either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Keep records of customer interactions and maintain customer databases
- Follow up on customer interactions and provide feedback on the efficiency of the service process
- Administrate facebook fan page, including updating and on-going monitoring, gaining input from staff as necessary
- Design fan page posts and presentation slides
- Help in event organizing and outdoor sales calls.
