Finance Analyst / Project Accountant
Our client, a multinational IT company, world leader in digital security, is currently seeking to recruit a Finance Analyst / Project Accountant.
This role is under Manpower Contract Staffing and will be for a 1 year contract (Renewable - depending on company requirements and individual performance.
Closing Tasks
• Complete monthly regional closing in co-ordination with several entities (revenue recognition accuracy, margin control, Opex Bonus accrual …)
• Record the project related accounting entries by collecting information from various systems, documents and in co-ordination with customer service and project managers
• Ensure accounting entries complied with accounting policy and internal process
• liaise with accounting teams of transactional sites to provide monthly analysis and control
Post Closing Tasks
• Ensure reconciliation of revenue and cogs between systems
• Support on analytical close reporting and variance analysis (Revenue, Margin, OPEX…)
• Prepares Operational Rate Time analysis and investigate the correlation of the OP rate against OCOS variances, Headcount and Daily rate.
• Prepare consolidated database and support on dashboard preparation
Other Tasks
• Monitor and analyze project margin and progress
• Contribute to Consolidation and Analysis of regional contribution
• Key support on budget & forecasting
• Participate and contribute on several reviews ( Sales forecast reviews / Project meetings / Engagement reviews…)
• Support GGS team and sales team concerning details of cost ,OPEX and revenue
• -Handle a variety of ad-hoc reporting projects and data analysis
