Essential Responsibilities:• Install Database, Operating System software and hardware systems at the customer site ensuring the system is working to the specifications quoted.• Administer Data Warehouse solutions and eventually develop Cognos reports.• Provide 2nd level support for problems forwarded from Service Desk team related to Database, OS or Hardware• Perform periodic system health checks.• Perform performance tuning, periodic and as-required upgrades and patching of systems• Validate Vendors designs before submitting solutions to customer.
