Set and implement capital structure strategy, and negotiate and arrange outside finance when necessaryAnalyze operating results of the business and its units versus approved plans and historical dataEstablish procedures to mitigate the Group’s financial risks, and maintain proper financial records and adequate accounting control and servicesMonitor and maintain strategic banking relations and activtities for the organization, and ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization’s needsServe as main channel of information to CEO, Board and operating executives on company economic, business and financial conditions, as well as their impact on the overall strategies and objectivesOversee the annual budget and business plan of the department, and direct corporate budgetsRecruit, train, motivate and evaluate his/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company:
