Finance Supervisor
* Supervise & Manage all payments and Bank Reconciliation Statements.
* Updating of Bank details Daily with deposits and withdrawals details
* Supervise & manage monthly Payroll
* Supervise & Maintaining petty cash expense details
* Perform general accounting duties, Keep the record of different accounts and supervise the G/L.
* Responsible for Monthly Final Accounts
* Supervise daily transactions and Monthly Closing process.
* Handling all accounts matters from voucher to Trial Balance, closing process and final accounts preparation
* Be able to work independently and under pressure
* Undertake various tasks such as postings to general journal and general ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.
* Prepare monthly financial reports department wise
* Knowledge of various computer software like Microsoft Office and any MIS.
Other capabilities:
Hard working and motivated and able to work under pressure.
Good computers & analytical skills
